This Wellness Wednesday kicks off the Fall 2022 semester and introduces students to Wellness Services offered at La Salle. Students can stop by the table outside the Union (inclement weather location: inside the union) between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to play yard games, grab fun wellness goodies, and learn more about the 8 dimensions of wellness through the wellness wheel. Students will also be given their own wellness wheel and are encouraged to come back each week to complete their wheel. Completed wheels will be entered to win a fun wellness prize at the end of the semester.
